1.Can the product be customized?

2.Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, we bear the transportation cost.

3.How do you ship your products?
We use international logistics companies such as UPS,DHL,FedEx, TNT and so on.

4.How long can I receive the goods?
It takes about 15 days for stock and at least 40 days or more for custom products.

5.If I need other products, can you help me purchase them?
Of course, please contact us for specific needs and we will serve you wholeheartedly.

6.Can you refund me if I am not satisfied?
We do not accept refund requests below 10yards. 11yards including 11yards can apply for refund after consultation with us under the circumstances of not cutting or cleaning.

7.Who will bear the freight for the return?
The buyer shall bear the transportation cost of the returned goods.

8.The color of the goods I received is different from the color displayed on the computer. Can I apply for a refund?
I am very sorry that the color difference is not included in the refund application. Please consider it carefully. If the color difference is completely unacceptable, please purchase it carefully. If there are actual quality problems and the quantity is greater than 11yards, you can apply for refund.

9.Is there a discount if I need a larger quantity of the goods?
